In 1997, Judi Stanley opened the Ivy Manor Inn in Bar Harbor, Maine, an eight-room bed and breakfast with a fine-dining restaurant. With Chef William Sellner soon at her side, the kitchen earned a AAA Four Diamond rating for 20 consecutive years.
In 2013, Judi opened Pascone's Ristorante on the same property, drawing on her mother's Italian heritage. Pascone was the family name. In 2018 she brought Pascone's to Florida, opening the New York-style Italian dining room you know today.
